This is the most waterproof powder that exists. It is most effective when used over Kryolan's Dermacolor Camouflage Cream. Once applied with a puff it should be allowed to set for 10 minutes before gently removing any excess powder with a powder brush. Unfortunately, we cannot ship Kryolan Products outside the United States.
